The Lembcke Group has developed a substantial self-inspection programme, which is the foundation of all our import, trading and handling of fresh fruit and vegetables.

The self-inspection programme is built around the HACCP-principles and includes an extensive number of requirements for, among other things, product tracking, hygiene, laboratory analysis and proper labelling. All measures are taken to set as high a standard as possible for our handling of fruit and vegetables and, last but not least, to ensure our consumers receive healthy products.
